June 23, 2004 the company delisted itself
from the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board.
Shares
of Waxman's Common Stock may trade on the
Pink Sheets. Shares of Class B common stock
are not traded in the public market; however,
they may be converted into shares of common
stock on a share-for-share basis at any
time.
The Company has not paid dividends since
1993.
The
Company has not held an Annual Meeting of
Stockholders since June 22, 2004.
